What does it cost to automate my bookkeeping?
An integration between one system and your accounting package starts at € 2,950 and usually lands between € 2,950 and € 9,000, depending on the direction and the kinds of data. E-invoicing over Peppol starts at € 1,950. After a short intake you get a fixed price upfront.
Do I have to switch accounting packages?
No. We connect to the package you already use, as long as it has an API — Exact Online, Moneybird and e-Boekhouden all do. Your accountant keeps working in the same package.
How long does it take?
A simple integration, such as web shop orders to invoices, is often live within two to four weeks. Larger projects we plan in phases with a fixed price per phase.
Does this work with my accountant?
It should. We agree with your accountant upfront how entries arrive — which ledger account, which VAT code — so the books add up at the end of the quarter without corrections.
What happens when something goes wrong?
An integration checks its own work. If an invoice or payment doesn't go through, you get an alert with the reason instead of finding out at the VAT return. Upkeep and monitoring can follow for a fixed monthly fee.
